Chester selectboard approves four personnel policies and payroll vendor. The Select Board approved policies on solicitation, employee benefits, time and attendance, and employee performance; selected Harpers Payroll as the town's payroll provider following review by Town Administrator Andrew Alward; and approved a $2,000 contribution to Gateway Regional School District for graduation equipment reimbursement. The board also approved a one-day liquor license for Valentine's Day.
