Chester Planning Board approves revised deeds and pursues cell tower resolution. The five-member board unanimously signed a corrected Registry of Deeds document and heard an update on stalled negotiations with AT&T over an ongoing Sylvester Hamilton Road cell tower project. Chair Elizabeth Massa reported that messages left with AT&T contacts have gone unanswered, prompting board member Rich Holzman to recommend consulting town counsel about potential tax assessment, FCC emissions compliance, and operating violations.

The board has requested AT&T representative attendance at the next meeting to address appearance and performance concerns.
