Water Commission reviews drainage, water lines, and Horn Pond remediation.

misc · Meeting of June 11, 2026

Chester Water Commission maps water line connections and plans access road work. Members discussed drainage, water service to the jail, and findings from excavation on Maple Street that revealed unclear line connections; Bob Daley will coordinate with Jon Tibbits to locate existing lines using curb stops. The commission approved ordering air separators for plant pumps and will consult with Colin Powers of T & B on logistics and grants for an 800-foot pipe reestablishment at Horn Pond to the deeper section.

GIS records will be updated once Maple Street piping locations are confirmed.
